The Last Picture Show

I've been wanting to see this film for a long time now and it's coming up soon in the ol' netflix queue! Released in 1971, the film was directed by Peter Bogdanovich and stars Timothy Bottoms, Jeff Bridges, and Cybill Shepherd as teens. It won 2 Academy Awards and had 8 nominations. These are coming-of-age-ish images from the film; I really dig Cybil's style! I've wanted saddle shoes since I was in elementary school.

    Have you reblogged that last picture [show] before? It looks really familiar, but I guess it's also a really common scenario. Anyway, Jeff Bridges is a babe! He reminds me of someone, but I can't figure out who.
